RapidNoteMD is an AI-powered medical documentation platform designed to assist healthcare professionals in creating clinical documentation. The Service includes:

• Initial Evaluation and Differential Builder
• Diagnostic Refinement Report generation
• Disposition and Management Summary creation
• Voice-to-text transcription
• Patient discharge instructions generation
• Chart history and management

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Professional Responsibility

IMPORTANT: RapidNoteMD is a documentation assistance tool, not a substitute for professional medical judgment.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All AI-generated content must be reviewed and verified by a qualified healthcare professional before use
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any documentation used in patient care
• The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
• You must exercise independent professional judgment in all clinical decisions
• AI-generated suggestions should be treated as drafts requiring professional review

5. Subscription and Payment

Plans and Pricing

The Service offers various subscription tiers (Trial, Pro, Elite) with different usage limits and features. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website and during checkout.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Referral Program

Our referral program allows users to earn discounts by referring new subscribers. Referral credits and discounts are subject to program rules and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others

• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAPIDNOTE MD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Medical malpractice claims arising from use of AI-generated content
• Any damages resulting from reliance on Service output without professional review

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RapidNoteMD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the Service

12. Modifications to Service and Terms
